We Are Open

We at the Active Foot Care Clinic are doing everything we can to keep our staff, our patients, and their families safe and protected amid the Covid-19 outbreak.

All visits to our office must be by appointment only. Please call us at (519) 304-2400 to schedule an appointment or use our online inquiry form to have one of our staff contact you regarding your concerns.

Our front desk has been fitted with a plexiglass barrier to keep distance between our front desk and incoming/outgoing patients.

We have spaced out seating in our waiting room to ensure that physical distance is maintained.

We will be continuing to sanitize all highly touched areas and surfaces regularly, and will be limiting the amount of people allowed in our facility at one time.

It is very important as one of our patients that you arrive on time for your appointment, as being late can cause overlap with someone else's scheduled appointment.

We ask that you arrive alone for your visit if possible, with exception to accompanying a minor, someone who is disabled, or an elderly patient.

Our staff will be wearing masks and we require that all visitors to our clinic wear a mask as well. If you do not have one, you can purchase one from us.
